We offer a guarantee for all our eSIM plans. If your phone is not compatible with eSIMs, or you were unable to install the eSIM, or you were unable to use any data we will process a full refund under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
- The request must be made within 180 days from the date of purchase, as this is the validity of our eSIMs before they expire.
- The eSIM must not have been activated or used. If the eSIM was activated or used, we may not be able to process a refund, except in circumstances where the eSIM was activated but no data was used.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Please contact our customer support team through our Contact Us page and provide your order details (e.g., order number, email address used for the purchase).
- Once we verify the request, we will initiate the refund process.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exceptions
- Refunds are not eligible for plans that have already been used, activated, or downloaded.
- Refunds will not be issued for eSIM purchases made through third-party resellers or platforms.
Price Guarantee
We want to ensure that you always get the best price for your eSIM plan. If you find a lower price for the same plan before or within 7 days of your purchase, we will beat the price or offer a full refund on the difference, under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
- The lower price must be for the same eSIM plan, with the same features and validity period. Roameo will price match similar plans from other sellers, based on its sole discretion.
- The lower price must be available from an authorised retailer or website. Deals from auction sites or non-authorised platforms are not eligible for this guarantee.
